Human Rights and Social Performance Policy and

Implementation Procedure

Paladium Builders Inc.is committed to developing a working culture which promotes and supports basic human rights as recognized by international conventions. We seek to identify, asses and manage human rights impact in all of our processes and activities. We will do so by following these policy aims:

Employees

We will respect the human rights of our employees as established in international conventions, including non-discrimination, and freedom of association and the right to engage in collective bargaining, prohibition of child and forced labor. We identify asses and manage human rights with training programs for both managers and employees.

A program designed to increase the number of people who are able to advise managers at a local level on business and human rights issues, with training sessions. The training involves study of the legal and normative frameworks relating to the corporate responsibility to respect human rights, as well as how to identify and avoid risks, based on examples from the business.

Suppliers and contractors

We will establish appropriate procedures to select the best suppliers which meet high standards of our human rights and social policies.

Paladium Builders will maintain appropriate procedures to evaluate and select major suppliers and contractors, based on Paladium Builders’ human rights and social policies, and to monitor their performance where appropriate. Managers are required to keep logs of periodic view of the work place and report any findings observed. Any contractor/ supplier that is knowingly not in compliance with human rights procedurs will not be employed by Paladium Builders.

Local communities

We will respect the cultures, customs and values of the people and communities in which we operate. We will strive to ensure the highest performance of the human rights. We will seek the opportunities to participate in community activities by encouraging an open dialog with our stakeholders and suppliers.

Society

We will contribute to the society at largeby participating in public affairs to promote internationally recognized human rights. We will assess the socio-economic context of our operations to identify potential impacts, risks and opportunities for Paladium Builders and our stakeholders. We will integrate social performance requirements into business planning, decision making and implementation processes.

Environmental Health and Safety Policy and

Implementation Procedure

Paladium Builders Inc.is a constructions company, specialized in altering and interior renovations. We are committed to managing environmental, health and safety matters as an integral part of our business. Our mission is to assure the environmental, health and safety integrity of our processes and facilities at all times and at all places. We will encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same. We will do so by adhering to the following principles:

Compliance

We will comply with applicable laws and regulations and will implement programs and procedures to assure compliance in all our transactions, services and activities. Compliance with environmental, health and safety standards will be a key aspect of the training, performance reviews of all employees. Our implementations is as follows:

Each employee/manager is required to:

  • comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to plant and equipment
  • take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others
  • wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary
  • comply with any direction given by management for health and safety
  • not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety
  • report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial
  • report all known or observed hazards to theirsupervisor or manager.
Risk Reduction, Prevention, Resource Management

We will seek opportunities for reducing risk to human health and the environment, and we will establish and meet our own environmental, health and safety quality standards where appropriate.

We will employ management systems and procedures specifically designed to prevent activities and/or conditions that pose a threat to human health, safety, or the environment. We will look for ways to minimize risk and protect our employees and the communities in which we operate by employing clean technology, including safe technologies and operating procedures, as well as being prepared for emergencies.

We will strive to minimize releases to the air, land, or water through use of cleaner technologies and the safer use of chemicals. We will minimize the amount and toxicity of waste generated and will ensure the safe treatment and disposal of waste.

We will manage scarce resources, such as water, energy, land, forests, in an environmentally sensitive manner.

Communication

We will communicate our commitment to environmental, health and safety quality and to our company’s environmental performance to our employees, suppliers, and customers. We will seek their input in meeting our environmental, health and safety goals and in turn will offer assistance to meet their goals.

Continuous Improvement

We will measure our progress as best we can. We will review our progress at least on an annual basis. We will continuously seek opportunities to improve our adherence to these principles and to improving our environmental, health and safety performance, and we will periodically report progress to our stakeholders.

Anti-Corruption Policy

Paladium Builders Inc. is committed to assure and assist that any and all forms of corruption shall not be tolerated. This policy applies to all officers, directors, shareholders and employees of Paladium Builders, as well as to its suppliers.

Bribes

A bribe is defined as a personal benefit for any improper advantage. It is strictly prohibited to accept or offer bribes. It is strictly prohibited to facilitate payments which involve money or anything of value to government officials in order to influence the passage of law, regulation or routine and other non-discretionary government actions.

Donations

It is prohibited to make payment of charitable and political donations that are linked to obtaining any improper advantage, including facilitating payments.

Gifts and Entertainment

It is prohibited to provide gifts or entertainment to clients, prospects, government officials or their family members when such expenses are not incurred while conducting company business and/or do not satisfy this policy and our related policies.

Payment & Recordkeeping

All relevant expenditures must be properly documented, approved and maintained.

Government officials

It is required to adhere to our additional recordkeeping requirements regarding all expenditures related to government officials. Written prior approval is required when a certain threshold is exceeded. This threshold shall be set by the officers of the company as they deem appropriate.

Periodic training

We will carry out appropriate periodic training to employees regarding the Anti-Corruption Policy and their role to ensure compliance
