Our team together comes with 50+ years of construction experience. “The toughest jobs, the most challenging ones-are the most fun and rewarding” says Vizzaccaro, The President of Paladium.

Paladium is primarily a family run company. Personal client attention is our main goal. For some builders, you see, the construction business becomes more than a vocation. It becomes a passion. Others may say they made a lot of money on a particular job. We want to say “We’re proud we built it”.

Lou Vizzaccaro

President and Principle
  • Studied Architectural design and construction science in Afragolla, Naples Italy.  The most impressive architecture of our time
  • Studied at the Mechanics Institute of America in NYC receiving a degree in architectural, mechanical & plumbing engineering
  • Started his career as a laborer, advanced as a Supervisor, and  then Project Manager
  • Ventured as a partner and then  establish Paladium Builders in 1980
  • A member of the American Institute of Architects
  • Redline and consulting with clients
  • Overseas all aspects of Project Management personnel

Vice President

Grace Vizzaccaro

Controller/Treasurer
  • 35 years accounting experience 
  • Started her career in the banking industry 
  • Moved on to bookkeeping 
  • Now serves as co owner and controller  for 20 years 
  • Handles all accounting invoicing, contracts, over sees accounts payables and receivables. 

AnnMarie Messina

Director of Estimating
  • NY Institute of Technology 
  • 22 years experience 
  • Analyze drawings 
  • Distributes information to subcontractors 
  • Coordinates bid proposals 
  • Manages sub-contractor accounts 

Andrew Steenson

Senior Field Supervisor
  • 33 years experience
  • Responsible for hands on supervision of all subcontractors
  • Interpret blueprints and coordinate subcontractor activities
  • Oversee a timely and professional project completion
  • Project coordination with Architect and engineers
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure highest standards of workmanship
